C. Appointment Resolution #5 of 2006 appointing Council Member William Graney, 4 Sumner Avenue, Auburn, New York to the City of Auburn Municipal Power Agency for a term to expire at the end of his term of office.
D. Appointment Resolution #6 of 2006 authorizing the appointment of Mayor Timothy C. Lattimore to the Auburn Industrial Development Authority for a term to expire on December 31, 2008.
